Shipping & Returns

We will ship out your order within 48 hours after having received it during the weekdays. Most times we are able to ship out your item the day it is received. Please, be sure you have selected the proper shipping service and method as that is the method we will use to fulfill your order.

In the event you have selected an incorrect method of shipping use the contact form and let us know what your preferred shipping service and method is. In most cases we are able to refund you the difference. Be aware that the process of refunding an online transaction can take several days and up to 10 days.

We reserve the right to use any of our shipping providers at our discretion for any reason. If your “ship to” address is a P.O. Box and you have selected a shipper that does not deliver to P.O. Boxes we will use a shipping service such as the USPS who will deliver there. We will always use a service which is on par with what you have selected in terms of type of shipping service whenever possible.

We do not take returns on items for cash refunds. We only take returns on items in exchange for store credit at this time. Your item must be new, tags attached, in it’s original packaging, unused, unworn or having not been installed. All sales are final.

In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit we may at our discretion file a claim with the shipping provider and wait until the claim has been settled before sending another item, an item of equal value if necessary or issuing a refund.

Please, make sure you ship your item to a place where it will be received safely by you or a family member or friend. If need be ship it to your work location or request that a signature be required. We are not responsible for packages not requiring a signature that get stolen.
