We want you to be happy with the equipment that you receive from us and we strive to make our customers 100% happy 100% of the time. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of the order on unused items with original packaging and tags attached. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Items that meet date and quality requirements will receive a refund upon inspection less the cost of the original shipping amount. Items that do not meet the quality requirements will be returned to the buyer at buyers expense. Please, contact us before shipping any items back and be sure to include your name and order number and reason for return.

Items are fulfilled within 24-48 hours of the order having been received and generally are picked up for delivery the same day or the following day depending upon what time the order comes in.
We are not responsible for packages not requiring a signature that get lost or stolen. A signature must be requested by phone or email and is an additional charge.
Please, make sure you ship your item to a place where it will be received safely by you or a family member or friend. If need be ship it to your work location or request that a signature be required.
In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit we may at our discretion file a claim with the shipping provider and wait until the claim has been settled before sending another item, an item of equal value if necessary or issuing a refund.
Shipping Costs for Sale Items
As a small business, we strive to offer the most competitive shipping rates possible. Even on sale items, we will leverage our discounted shipping rates to minimize the cost to you. However, please note that some sale items may be deeply discounted, sometimes even to our wholesale cost. In these cases, we may need to charge a small shipping fee to ensure the sustainability of our business. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with the best possible prices and service.
FREE SHIPPING is valid for the contiguous United States of America and does not include any state or territory outside of the Continental U.S. We use our discretion to fill any order from outside of the contiguous U.S. and reserve the right to request that you pay for shipping. In some cases we may have to regretfully cancel and refund your order. As a small business we simply cannot absorb the additional shipping costs to these areas as the shipping costs exceed allowable margins. Thank you for your understanding.
