Description
The Rome Ravine Snowboard thrives whether you navigate untracked glades or carve up early-morning corduroy. At its core, the board features Rome’s Free-The-Ride Camber profile. For example, it incorporates an early-rise rockered nose for float, a flat zone under the front foot for maneuverability, and positive camber through the tail for drive. Additionally, it features 7.5mm of taper alongside Directional Diamond 3D technology in the nose. Consequently, the board plows through variable snow while keeping edge transitions smooth.
Responsive Pop Core & Directional Carbon HotRods
Under the hood, the Rome Ravine Snowboard features Rome’s lightweight Pop Core. This blend of paulownia and poplar wood balances durability with a nimble feel underfoot. Furthermore, two Carbon HotRods are routed directly into the tail section. This targeted reinforcement generates explosive snap when loading up turns or launching off natural features. Therefore, the board maintains a playful, butter-friendly front half alongside a powerful rear end.
All-Mountain Mastery & Durable Construction
Built for daily resort abuse and backcountry excursions, the Ravine utilizes a Triax glass top layup for snappy edge-to-edge response. Furthermore, the low-maintenance SinterStrong base holds wax effectively, so you keep gliding through flat sections all day. From carving aggressive arcs on hardpack to slashing tree runs in knee-deep snow, this deck delivers a surfy, intuitive ride.
